Hi All,
I am Kavida, an average still-struggling Internet Entrepreneur(?!).
I am also a Freelancer and was doing Article Submissions, Directory Submissions, Press Release Submissions and MySpace Marketing Activities.

To Submit your Article, I need the below given details :
Author Name :
Let me use YOUR NAME.
If you have already used your name at the Directory Sites, please mention any other name under which your Article will be submitted.
Category :
Try to give me 3 Categories.
If the first Category is missed in any Directory I will skip to another one.
Title :
Maximum in 100 Characters.
First letter of every word of the Title should in CAPITAL CASE only.
Keywords :
Maximum 100 Characters.
(Some Directory accept up to 150 Characters).
Put your intensed keywords or keyphrase in the beginning.
Summary of your Article :
The Juice (or) the Snippet of your Article may be between 2 - 5 sentences.
Or, 200 words maximum.
Article Body :
Keep your Article's size around 500 Words for better result.
Some Directories like EzineArticle accept between 250 - 5000 words.
Some Directories won't accept below 450 words.
And some Directories won't accept above 500 words.
Please, keep your Article UNIQUE one.
If yours is a Rewritten one, then Copyscape it before giving it to me.
If you don't have account at Copyscape.com, then use this Source to check the Uniqueness of your Article.
Otherwise, there is possibility that all Directories will reject that Article and the Author's account will be deleted by them.

This is the most IMPORTANT part of your Article publishing that You know very well.
No Direct Affiliate link will work.
On completion of the Submission of your Article, I will send Submission Report to You in an Excel containing the Final URLs of the Directory Sites where your Article is submitted.
I will create one Gmail account only for your purpose.
It won't be used for other Client.
I will register and verify accounts at each and every Directory separately for each and every Client.
This is possible as I have BroadBand connection with Dynamic IP and I will change the IP for every account.
You will be given :

UserName
&
PassWord
along with Submission Report.
You may check whether your Article is submitted properly.
Post-Submission Service:
I will check the Submissions after one week through the email account(so, please don't change the password that I give you along with Report) and if I find any Submission is rejected, then I will modify the Article(just removing html tags or links from the body) according to the suggestion of the Directory which rejected yours and will resubmit it to the same.
If once again it is rejected, then I will skip the Directory and submit your Article to another one.
